While many "high-flowed" options exist on the market today, utilizing rebuild OEM turbochargers and oversized wheel combinations, our bolt-on Turbochargers for RB20/25 are in a category of their own.
Instead of relying on the old, problematic OEM CHRA, we build our RB turbochargers around the same dual-Ceramic Ball-Bearing Cartridge as the rest of our High-Performance Turbocharger line. This modern CHRA does require upgrading of the oil and water lines, and we offer this installation kit along with the turbocharger to ensure simple and straightforward installation.

SM400/R- Torque and Response
Utilizing an updated wheel combination for 2024, and a robust journal bearing CHRA, the SM400/R is well suited for both stock RB20's wanting more power and reliability than the OE turbo can produce, as well as RB25 applications needing increased response, torque, and power. As with every SM/R turbocharger, this kit is designed to be a full bolt-on to your existing exhaust manifold, downpipe, and compressor connections. A fantastic street and drift ombo for your lightly modified skyline, with unmatched durability at a competitive price. Pump-gas output of 350BHP on RB20 and close to 400BHP on RB25 w/ flex fuel can be expected with supporting mods
SM425/R- More flow, More power.
Taking the entry level kit a step further, the SM425/R kit utilizes a larger 52mm 9 Blade Turbine wheel for 2024 to increase horsepower capabilities further. While still providing great spool characteristics, this setup is better suited to high-response RB25 applications up to 18 PSI or RB20 vehicles with upgraded cams and Head Gasket.
SM505/R - Ultimate Power delivery.
Our SM505/R Turbocharger utilizes a larger Turbine Stage, and can be configured with eithe internal Wastegate, or integrated 40mm Turbosmart Wastegate and V-band, 3" stainless Turbine Outlet Pipe. This Turbocharger represents our best all-around OEM fitment Turbocharger, and helps bridge the gap in power between bolt-on Turbochargers and Top-mount Tubular Manifold / Single Turbo Configurations.
SM555/R - Next-Generation Features and Performance
Our Max-effort bolt-on Turbocharger kit for the RB20/25 is built around our newly-released 57/LPR ball-bearing Turbocharger. This Compressor features a high-trim, low-Inertia 57mm Compressor Wheel with a high degree of blade backsweep. The result is up to 60lb/min of airflow in a compact package, with increased efficiency at low-to-mid range Pressure Ratio and very good Surge resistance. This turbo features an all-new CHRA and can be built around our Aluminum Bearing Housing, reducing mass and allowing for the unit to be fully corrosion resistant. Improved cooling jacket and stainless heat shield improve durability at high temperatures, and twin piston rings on both sides of the rotor group increase sealing effectiveness. While this larger Compressor can support a significant increase in airflow, response is still surprising... with full boost available before 4kRPM.
