Refund policy
Production and fabrication on custom and made-to-order parts often begins within 24-hours of receiving your order. With this in mind, we offer a 24-hour order cancellation window on orders placed but have yet to be produced or fulfilled. An order cancellation request must be made within 24-hours of purchase confirmation in order to be eligible for cancellation. All cancellations will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
All custom, made-to-order, or fabricated items are final sale, with exception to the 24-hour cancellation window stated above. For off-the-shelf products, we offer a 14-day return window. A request for return must be initialized within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges, duties, tariffs, and/or taxes which you may have incurred from your local tax authority upon delivery. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee.

Please note that eligible returns will need to be received for evaluation prior to approval of refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
All eligible refunds will be made to the original form of payment, with no exception.
