Shipping policy

Spectrum Motorsports Solutions products are designed, manufactured, and shipped internationally from our facility in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.  While we endeavour to offer the most reliable and affordable shipping rates possible, due to the value, size, and weight of many of our products, there may be a relatively high cost to do this effectively.  If you would prefer to accept responsibility and arrange shipment and delivery yourself, please feel free to email us directly.  Please note that for this option, you will be responsible for providing us a shipping label at time of order completion.  

Additonally, please note that the customer/receiver is responsible for any additional charges such as any applicable duties, taxes, or tariffs which is determined by, payable to, and collected by local tax authorities or authorized representatives.  High value orders may require further information such as SSN for private importers and/or EIN for businesses prior to delivery as required by local government agencies.  If you have any questions about this, please reach out to us or refer to your local government tax agency website for specific import requirements.
